Beef Taco Platter - get 3 beef tacos, you choice of hard corn shell or soft toasted flour tortilla stuff with seasoned ground beef, crisp shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and sharp shredded cheddar cheese. That comes with sides of Spanish rice and  refried beans.

Fried Cod Po'Boy - Another take on the awesome New Orleans food scene, you get a large beer battered cod fillet deep fried golden brown topped with crisp shredded romaine lettuce,  sliced tomatoes all drizzled with tangy creole dressing and served in a toasted brioche hoagie roll.  That comes with choice of side. Cabbage Rolls and Pierogies- a couple of Eastern European staples.   Cabbage leaves cooked tender rolled and filled with seasoned ground beef, onions and rice, plus stuffed dumplings filled with mashed potatoes and onions with a side of sour cream.
