Mushroom Swiss Smashburger – A slightly different take on our mushroom Swiss burger, we take the burger patty and smash it on a flat top griddle, then top it with tangy melted Swiss cheese and tender sauteed mushrooms, all served on a toasted brioche roll. That comes with a choice of side.
