History

Nightshift Bar and Grill opened in April of 2011. You may be familiar with the location as it's been around for awhile as Brew's, Coward's and Sharkey's Landing, among others. Located between Steak and Shake and Cave Springs Bowl on Mexico Rd in the Caravan Corners shopping center, we're close to just about everything in St. Peters, St. Charles and O'Fallon, only 1/2 mile south of the I-70 Cave Springs exit.

While all of the previous places were primarily restaurants, we've expanded the bar for the late night crowd.

Layout

The interior setup is rather unique. As you walk in the front door you look to the left and see a seating area in a story and a half atrium with big windows to let the light in. You'll notice stairs going up and down to two additional seating areas for quiet dining or just hanging out.

Straight ahead from the door is the bar area which includes seats at the bar and high top tables by the windows. We've got a wide variety of alcohol, beers on tap and bottled micros and seasonals.

Past the bar to the right, there are a couple stairs up into the game room. We have pool tables, dart boards - both steel tip and electronic - electronic bowling and Golden Tee golf.

There are TVs scattered throughout the different areas with DirecTv showing your favorite sporting events in Hi-Def. We've got NFL Sunday Ticket during football season and the ability to put any game you want to watch on any TV.

Our layout makes us an EXCELLENT place to host your special event gathering, such as a birthday party, group meeting or heck, just some friends getting together. You can reserve either the upstairs or downstairs dining areas, each of which seat aprroximately 50 people. We'll set things up based on your needs - fully catered meal or a mix of appetizers, pizza and drinks. Just call us and let us know what you have in mind, we'll make it work.

If you want to come in during lunch or dinner and maybe do some work on your laptop or perhaps access the web from your phone, we also have free WIFI. Just open up your network connections and look for NightshiftBG Free. No passwords, no keys, no nothing, you're good to go.

Food

Notice we have GRILL as part of our name. If all you want is usual "bar food", we ain't the place for you. How many bars serve awesome dishes like Chicken Reisling or Shrimp Scampi or Bruschetta? We've also have 1/2 pound burgers, great sandwiches, pasta dishes, seafood, steak...just about anything you could want. How about pizza? You bet. MADE TO ORDER. None of that frozen stuff you get at other places. Tell us what you want on it, we'll make it that way. The prices are cheap with the most expensive item being $11.99 with most items $7.99 or less.

Not only do we have a great menu, but Monday through Saturday, we have daily off the menu lunch specials starting at $5.99 and off the menu dinner specials starting at $9.99. We post the specials daily on Twitter, you can see the feed right here on this page.

Great variety, low prices, high quality, all prepared with you in mind. Our full menu is available from 11a-9p everyday. The kitchen is still open from 9p-11p Mon-Sat for pizza and appetizers.

Lunch Loyalty Club, come in for lunch and get a punch card. You eat lunch 5 times, your next lunch is on us. Valid M-F 11a-2p, maximum amount to free lunch $8.
Mon-Fri Happy Hour from 4-7. $3 wells and wine, $2.25 domestic bottles and domestic draught and $3 craft draughts.
Mon night is Industry Night. If you work in the restaurant business, c'mon by from 10-CL for drink specials
Weds night from 9-CL it's 2 for 1 wells
Thurs night from 9-CL it's Ladies Night. No cover, the fairer sex gets drink specials.
During Blue's and Cardinal's games, we offer $13.50 buckets and food specials posted on Twitter. We end up tossing a few extras in there along the way as well.
For Sunday and NFL football, it's $13.50 domestic buckets and food specials posted on Twitter for the Ram's games.

Entertainment

Need more than food and drinks to keep you occupied? Every Thursday and Friday we have karaoke. It's really amazing how good some of our regulars are at the mic. Every Saturday night, it's live music being played by various local bands. Generally, the music is rock from the 60's to today, but the bands will slip into blues and country.

Thursday night karaoke is from 8p-12a, Friday, karaoke is from 9p-1a. Live music on Saturdays is also from 9p-1a. Check out our Events Calendar for the list of bands.

Interested in shooting pool? We gladly host both Missouri 8 and APA teams. If darts is more up your alley, we'll also host your American Darters Association or St. Charles Darts League team. Go to the Contact Us page and drop us an email to get the ball rolling.

Maybe you want to work on your Poker Game. We host Deep Stacks Poker League on Wednesday nights with FREE Texas Hold'em, main game starts at 7p and if the cards aren't quite going your way you can always try your hand at one of the side games. Winner of the main game gets Deepstacks Poker Cash.
